I’m Dr. Houman “Nik” Nikgohar, PsyD, LMFT. I work with individuals and couples who are highly motivated, self-reflective, and seeking a more intentional, depth-oriented approach to therapy. Reaching out for support isn’t easy—especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed or under pressure while trying to keep everything together. Many of the people I work with carry more internally than others realize and wonder whether meaningful change is possible. Therapy is a space where you don’t need to have all the answers. My role is to provide thoughtful support, insight, and guidance to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.
