As a therapist, I believe that building a strong connection with my clients is paramount for successful outcomes. I work collaboratively with my clients to create achievable and meaningful goals, while providing a caring, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. My approach is to challenge clients to attain their goals in a safe and supportive way, while creating a specific therapeutic plan tailored to their individual needs. With experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, and addiction, I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and couples. I teach clients healthy coping skills and encourage them to be honest with themselves in order to overcome their issues and live happier, healthier lives.
